We can attempt a search with an English name, but results may be less accurate because Chinese companies register under their Chinese legal name. If you can obtain the Chinese name from the supplier, their business license, or their Alibaba profile, the verification will be much more reliable.
No. A business license confirms that a company is legally registered, but it does not prove the company owns or operates a manufacturing facility. Many registered companies are trading companies that outsource production. To verify a real factory, order a Factory Audit with an on-site visit.
Our reports do not include bank account verification. We strongly recommend that you confirm the beneficiary bank account name matches the registered company name before sending payment. If the account belongs to a different person or company, this is a significant red flag.

For Supplier Verification and Due Diligence reports, the supplier is not notified — we use only publicly available records. For Factory Audits, the supplier must be contacted to schedule the site visit, unless you specifically request an unannounced audit.
If no official record can be found for the company name you provided, we will issue a full refund. This may happen if the name is misspelled, if the company is not yet registered, or if the company name you received is not the actual registered name.
